Mandy Cord is our Medical
Office Assistant. When you come to our practice she is the one who takes
the blood pressures, heights, and yes-those dreaded weights! She assists
the midwives with examinations and performs a variety of duties ranging from
venipuncture to administering injections.
An Albemarle native,
Mandy graduated from Stanly Community College in 1999 with her degree in
Medical Assisting. She and Becky Yates also worked together in a previous
medical office setting. Mandy states "When I found out that Becky
was starting her own practice, I could not have been more excited
to join her! I am so lucky to work in this practice with these amazing
women and feel very special to have a part in caring for women for life!"
