As a courtesy to our patients we will file your insurance

Remember, there is a $25charge for "no- show" patients- those that fail to call 24 hours in advance if they are going to miss their appointment.  Those arriving more than 15 minutes late may have to be rescheduled

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: 8 AM to 12PM and 1 PM to 5 PM

Tuesday: 8 AM to 12 PM and 1 PM to 7 PM
